  After getting a religious lecturing from the carpet installer trying to convert us to his religion, we tried to pay him for the carpet before he left. Installer told us we would get an invoice. Over 2 1/2 months later the invoice arrived. 12 days after I received the invoice, the installer called, from an unavailable number and wanted to know why I hadn't paid the bill. He very rudely told me it had been over 6 months that I hadn't paid and wanted to know when I was going to pay. I informed him that I had only just received the invoice two weeks prior, that it had been 2 1/2 months, not 6, since they did the job and that I pay bills once a month. He said he got me confused with another job. I told him I would get it paid the next month when I paid bills. As I was sitting down to pay bills the next month, up pulls the mailman with certified mail. The owner, Frank Flyte, had filed a lien against us. A little over 30 days after I received the invoice and a very rude phone call from his installer, he filed a lien. I will not recommend anyone to him and I will be sure to give them more than they are owed in bad advertisement.
